The EFQM Forum participation is open to all persons who are interested in attending the Forum at the fees which are stated below.
HOW TO REGISTER
You may register online by filling in the registration form which is available under Registration

Registration Fees are in EUR, excluding VAT. 19,6% VAT will automatically be added on your registration form when appropriate.

Your Early Bird Registration will only be accepted if we received your payment by 7th August. Should we not have received your payment by then, the system will automatically change your registration to the Standard Fee.

HOW TO REGISTER AT THE CONGRESS (ON-SITE)
The registration counters are located on the Level D of the forum venue:

Named badges will be handed over to you at the registration counter together with the congress bag. All participants are requested to wear the Forum badges on all Forum occasions.
PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS
All payments must be made in EUR either by bank transfer or credit card. No other type of payment will be accepted.
1) Payment by Bank Transfer:
Please note that all transfer charges must be paid by the participant. Please indicate your name, your registration number and the purpose of your payment in the message field on the bank transfer, so that the money can be assigned. Your Early Bird Registration will only be accepted if we have received your payment by 7th August. Should we not have received your payment by then, the system will automatically change your registration to the Standard Fee.
Bank Transfer Payments for Standard Registrations will only be accepted if initiated before 16th October 2008. After this deadline only credit card payments will be accepted. Please transfer the full amount (including bank service charge) to the bank account mentioned below.
2) Payment by Credit Card

If you pay by credit card via the Forum website, please submit your credit card number including the expiry date and the total sum charged to make the transaction. If you register using the printed registration form and wish to pay by credit card, please download the credit card authorization form which needs to be filled out completely and faxed back to the Forum Secretariat (AIMS International Congress Services –

CONFIRMATION OF REGISTRATION
The confirmation of registration and receipt of payment will only be sent when both the registration form and payment in full are received. The confirmation will be sent to the participant by e-mail, fax or post.
TERMS & CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
CANCELLATION TERMS
Cancellation and Alteration Policies:
All cancellations or changes must be made in written form, via letter, fax or e-mail to AIMS International Congress Services
(efqmforum2008@aims-international.com). Only written cancellations and changes will be accepted.
Please note that all refunds will only be issued after the congress.
In case of changes, substitutes (replacements) are welcome at the administration cost of € 20.00

Registration:
- Registration Cancellation on or before 22nd August: 25% of registration fee
- Registration Cancellation between 23rd August and 22nd September: 50% of registration fee
- Registration Cancellation after 23rd September: 100% of registration fee
Gala Dinner/Award Ceremony:
- Cancellation on or before 22nd September - Full Refund
- Cancellation after 22nd September - No refund , unless AIMS is able to resell the ticket.
Official Tours:
- Cancellation on or before 1st September - A full refund minus € 20.00 for tours / € 40.00 for pre- and post tours
- Cancellation after 1st September - No refund, unless the activity is cancelled due to lack of participation.
Hotels:
Accommodation is not included in the registration fee.
Your hotel accommodation will only be guaranteed by providing your credit card details.
When booking the hotel through us, you give us the permission to forward the respective hotel and authorize the hotel to charge the first night deposit. Therefore, no hotel bookings are possible without credit card.
Should you cancel the hotel booking after the indicated hotel cancellation deadline, the hotel will charge your credit card with the amount of the full stay less the first night deposit which at that point has already been charged!
The Secretariat has an obligation to return all unsold rooms to the hotels on 22nd September 2008, therefore accommodation bookings and rates reserved after that date cannot be guaranteed. The rates quoted are only valid for bookings made prior to 22nd September 2008. Late bookings can be made directly through AIMS International after 22nd September, but are subject to availability and credit card details are required to secure the reservation.

LIABILITY AND DATA PROTECTION
AIMS Congress Services acts as an agent and cannot be held responsible for any loss, injury or damage to any person or property, whatever the cause may be. Liability of persons and enterprises providing means of transportation or other services, however, remains unaffected. Only written arrangements are binding. Sole venue is Paris. We kindly ask you to authorize AIMS by your signature to use all registration data given by this form for a computerized handling on the congress.
Please note that you are responsible for your own Visa Arrangement.
Please send your full bank account details together with the cancellation. All refunds will be processed within one month after the EFQM Forum.
The Organisers retain the right to change the programme should urgent circumstances dictate.
