NETWORKING CAFE
Following on from the successful introduction of this concept in the 2007 Forum, delegates can begin the morning of Day 2 with a creative and interactive way to enjoy their first coffee of the morning and at the same time meet other Forum participants, exchange views on the Theme of the Forum and their learning from Day 1.
Delegates will also have the opportunity to use their own experiences as customers of Public Sector services and, using the Theme of the Forum, comment on their expectations of such organisations.
